Roles and Responsibilities
-Responsible for L&D activities - complete L&D process
-Coordinating with managers to identify training needs, prepare training calendars and execute the same.
-Ensure that activities in HR as carried out as per SOP and highlight any deviations.
-Able to deliver short sessions to junior level employees as required
-Ensure evaluation of training sessions and ensuring proper documentation from Audits perspective
-Maintain training records and produce the same for inspections
-Able to involve in the team where Employee Engagement and other initiatives are planned
Skills & Knowledge:
-Excellent Communication skills and language skills. Good writing skills with equal competency in comprehension
-Able to put forward new ideas and deal with functional heads with Influencing capability
-Exposure to GMP training additional advantage
-Conversant with HR systems and OD processes
-Knowledge in Tamil / Kannada / Telugu – added advantage
