Job description:

1. Maintaining & administering computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, system software, applications software and all configurations.

2. Diagnosing hardware and software problems and replacing the defective components.

3. Performing data backup, checking the backup data's and also reviewing the data are ensured

4. Maintaining and administering the Biometric devices located in different locations & troubleshooting the device as well

5. Planning, coordinating and implementing network security levels with related to prevent the data, software and hardware devices

6. Managing the network switches, routers, firewalls, CCTV.

7. Monitoring the systems and networks, and coordinating with the end-users for the better usage of the resources like systems & network.

8. Recommending for the changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.

9. Monitoring the network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes need to be made in the future.

10. Responsible for validation of GMP related computer systems.

11. Handling of GxP instrument & softwares as per requirement.

12. Handling and Monitoring of NAS device drivers.

13. Managing the Network printers, Network enabled devices & other instrument peripherals.
