Job description: 

1. Responsible for early development and commercialisation of the products assigned to them in constant discussion with the head R&D.
2. Responsible for Day to day supervision of the activities of the respective Team members.
3. Training the team members in safe and easy execution of the processes assigned to them.
4. Providing the team members with the necessary literature data/ various methods available for the process development.
5. Providing the team with necessary literature and technical support.
6. Knowledge in interpretation of organic molecules by using NMR, IR, Mass, XRD, CHN analysis, UV
7. Knowledge in API documentation process
8. Responsible for exploring novel/ safe and economical chemical process under constant discussion with the head R&D.
