Roles and Responsibilities: 

1. To execute works as per procedure and compliance with SO 9001 standards, Quality Management System Compliance, cGMP standards, ISO 14001 & Halal, HACCP standards.

2. Following and executing works as per related SOPs & OCP of the concerned department.

3. Attending the Preventive Maintenance & Break down maintenance of Machinery like Chilling plant, RO Plant, GLR, SSR, Filter Press, Centrifuge, RCVD, Blender, Sifter, Water Pumps and

4. Cooling towers, electric system supervising of Plant operations.

5. Reporting the day-to-day activities to Manager - Maintenance.

6. Coordinating with the AMC of Machineries.

7. Coordinating for instrument calibrations from time to time.

8. Check and verify the maintenance logbooks of each and every equipment.

9. Maintaining all the Monitoring & Measuring Instruments.

10. Entering of all works regarding preventive maintenance in records as per SOP/OCP.

11. The candidate should have knowledge of MTBF & MTTR

12. The candidate should have knowledge of the water system

13. The candidate should have knowledge of the HVAC system

14. Candidate should have operation and maintenance of utility Equipment

15. Candidate should have knowledge in Electrical system,

16. The candidate should have sound knowledge of the Quality management system

17. Candidate should have safety knowledge and adequate PPE s to be used in API industry,
